Baby Jogger City Mini
The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's best known because it is light and compact. It also does well in all of our categories, but it's not higher than some of the competition due to a poorly placed window that peeks out and storage that's somewhat blocked.
This is a good stroller for families that require something to get them through the everyday and occasional adventures. It has a pretty wide footrest that is padded, which means that children will be comfortable. The seat reclines fairly flat, but it took us two hands to achieve. The adjustable support for the calf is a great feature that will allow your child to get up on their feet if they're tired.
The City Mini, like many other strollers in our list features a huge canopy that is UV50. Parents love it. The sun shade is beautifully designed and pulls all the way down, which is great as it keeps your baby completely safe from the sun without having to constantly put it back in place.
The City Mini can be easily converted into a double-stroller by attaching an add on kit. This will give you the option of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating an entire travel system from the beginning. The only issue is that the addition of a second seat changes the look and feel of the stroller dramatically and some parents may be a little unsure to navigate once they've gotten used to it.
Another option to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini but it does come with some additional features, such as "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres that make it suitable for off-roading. It also has an adjustable handlebar and hand-operated parking brake that makes it more user-friendly than the standard City Mini.
